Our long-term client, Lume Interiors, challenged us to create a workspace that not only worked efficiently but also reflected the company’s high-quality design standards. Every decision, from floor layout to finishing touches, had to deliver on both function and style.

Sparta’s team took full ownership of the project, stripping out and reconfiguring the existing mezzanine to create a large open-plan space. We handled bathrooms, kitchens, carpentry, painting, flooring, cladding, glass partitions, and standout boardroom installations. Our built-to-last attention to detail and seamless collaboration with the client meant that even complex design features were delivered smoothly, with no compromise on quality.

From first fix to final touches, the space came together beautifully. Every area, from the open-plan office to the boardroom, was carefully finished to create a visually striking and highly functional environment.
