Our long-term client in Basingstoke asked us to deliver a full office transformation, including a new cut-through wall to open up the space, refreshed meeting rooms, and ceilings, partitions, flooring, and design-led finishes throughout. The project demanded precision, coordination, and attention to every detail - and, as it turned out, a dose of quick thinking.

Partway through, an unrelated flood affected part of the building, threatening to disrupt progress. Sparta’s team responded immediately, restoring the impacted areas and reorganising workflows so the refurbishment could continue without delay - keeping the client confident and the project moving smoothly.

Across the site, we delivered dry lining and internal partitions, glass partitions, complex ceiling works (pitched, exposed, MF, spray finishes), cladding, flooring, tape & jointing, painting, and decorating. Our adaptable approach and dependable delivery meant every challenge was met head-on, and every finish was completed to the highest standard.

By the end, the office was transformed into a functional, design-led space, ready for the client to move in seamlessly. What could have been a major disruption became a showcase of how Sparta handles pressure - keeping projects smooth, efficient, and completed exactly as required.
